Booking information
Please visit our website www.quickparking.com. You can select any offered service and make a booking online easily. Once you have booked you will receive a confirmation email with all necessary details for parking at the desired location.
The GPS address is noted on your reservation voucher.
Please mention the time you will arrive/depart the parking lot.
Once you have confirmed the reservation, an overview of your details will be displayed on the screen. You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes with a PDF file attached (please check your spam folder). This document is used to enter and exit the parking lot.
We advise you to be at the parking lot 30 minutes before you must be at the airport for check in. For European destinations you must be at the airport at minimum 2 hours before departure, for international flights there's a minimum of 3 hours.
No, it is not mandatory to print the confirmation voucher. You can also present it on your mobile phone or note the reservation number and take it with you to make use of the reservation. However all the relevant information regarding your booking is on the voucher and we advise you to read this carefully before parking.
For each vehicle it is necessary to make a separate reservation.
No, you do not have to leave your key unless this is specifically stated on your voucher or if you have booked Valet parking.
Change reservation/cancellation
You can change or adjust your reservation if you have booked this option. This can be done via our website. Go to 'change booking', top right.
You do not have to take any action. Our system will automatically adjust your reservation when you return and you can leave the parking lot throughout the entire day of your originally booked return. If you stay a day, or more, longer than the one you have originally booked, you will pay an additional fee per day. You can pay this to the bus driver or at the parking lot payment terminal when you return. After this you can leave the parking area.
Will you return earlier on the same day? You can exit the parking area on the expected return date throughout the entire day. You do not have to inform us beforehand. Will you return 1 or more days earlier? Contact us by telephone or send an email to info@quickparking.com. We will adjust your reservation so that you can leave the parking area. Due to security reasons you cannot exit the parking on an earlier date without prior notice.
If you have booked the Flex option, you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival time. Do this by canceling the reservation yourself via our website (top right 'change booking'). Have you made a payment via one of our partners? Then make sure you cancel your reservation with the partner.
You can cancel your Flex reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival time stated on your reservation by email. If the reservation has already been paid for, we automatically refund this amount back to the account with which the payment was made. If you wish to cancel the reservation within 24 hours of the arrival time, we are forced to charge the full amount.
Payment
You are offered several methods of payment when making the reservation, this can be done online through iDeal, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Bancontact. If you don't pay directly via our website, you'll receive a paymentlink 48 hours in advance. Make sure to pay before you enter the parking lot. It's not possible to pay cash at Quick Parking.
Information provided by any other website than www.quickparking.com cannot be guaranteed. Comparison websites do not update their prices on a daily base and we are unable to influence their commercial strategies. You will always be provided the correct quote on our own website www.quickparking.com after filling in your details.
This is not possible.
If you do not have a discount code, you do not have to fill in anything.
Please send us an email or telephone us with your reservation number and the discount code you received. Then we can see if it is still valid and perhaps add it to the reservation.
Shuttle Bus
All of our locations use shuttlebuses to transport you to the airport. These shuttlebuses can be large city buses or smaller depending on the capacity of our parking lot.
We strive to have a shuttle bus at each location every twenty minutes. However this differs per location and is dependent also on traffic. For updated information regarding the shuttle bus, you can call the number on your voucher.
We have no limit regarding luggage on the shuttle bus, however if you have large on unusual luggage please contact us so we can assure enough transportation on location.
If you are bound to a wheelchair, please contact us and we will try to give you a proper place. The wheelchair can be taken in the bus, as long as the person in the wheelchair can take a seat on a chair in the bus.
We don't have children seats in our buses.
Available Services
You have to make the payment when making a booking. The booking is non-refundable.
With Flex you have the possibilty to postpone your payment until 24 hours before arriving at the parking, you'll receive an email with payment link from us. The booking is 100% refundable regardless of the reason. With the Medium Flex option, the reservation is partially refundable without explanation up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival time. We charge a 5 euro cancellation fee.
Covered parking is an option at some of our parkings. You will find this option while booking at available services.
If you are bound to a wheelchair, please contact us and we will try to give you a proper place. The wheelchair can be taken in the bus, as long as the person in the wheelchair can take a seat on a chair in the bus.
Electric vehicle charging stations are not available on our parking sites. Our customers park freely which is why we cannot guarantee that a space will be available.
Compliments or complaints
If you have a complaint about the product and/or the service of Quick Parking we kindly ask you to send an e-mail to info@quickparking.com. Submitted complaints will be answered within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt. There is a dispute settlement procedure with the Consumer Ombudsman Service (https://consumentenombudsdienst.be/nl) and the Online Dispute Resolution Platform of the EU (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event= main.home2.show&lng=EN)
